Schedule a call
To contact me: simply click on the link, fill out the contact form and then press “submit.”
Introductory call
Except in unusual circumstances, I will generally reach out to you within 24 hours, using the contact information you provided. We’ll find a mutually agreeable time to schedule a brief (15-20 minute) chat - free of charge.
What would you like me to know?
During this initial call you’ll share with me what you would like me to know about yourself and how I might help. I’d love to hear how you hope to benefit from therapy. If you don’t know just yet, that’s okay too. Regardless, we will get an initial sense of each other and begin to assess our compatibility. Feel free to ask me any questions, or share any concerns.
Schedule your first session
Feeling encouraged after our phone call, we’ll schedule an in-person session (or Zoom session) accordingly. My sessions are intentionally a full hour.
Experience a session together
At the end of that first hour together, I will share my initial clinical impressions in order to help you determine whether or not you feel comfortable beginning a regular schedule of therapy.
